Paul Ferriero has over 30 years of experience in providing engineering services to Government and Corporate Development clients. While on active duty in the Army, he worked with the Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District. Since returning to civilian practice, Paul has been the Municipal Engineer in a number of municipalities throughout northern and central New Jersey. He has vast experience in land use, engineering, development, government and corporate sector contracting. Paul leads the business development and engineering sectors of the company and is always strategizing new avenues in which our clients can excel.
Paul has an undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy and a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Colorado, Maryland and North Carolina and a New Jersey licensed Professional Planner, a Certified Municipal Engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
Daniel Flynn is an experienced professional with over 16 years at Stormwater Compliance Solutions, where he has worked on diverse engineering, environmental, and construction projects within the stormwater industry. His roles include business development, engineering analysis and design, team development, and management. With extensive expertise in hydrology and hydraulics of small watersheds, he has successfully expanded the company’s stormwater management services to a broad clientele.
Under his leadership along with his team and partners, the company has grown its public and private sector services across multiple states while maintaining a strong customer service focus and staying true to its core expertise in stormwater management.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest Engineering from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as a Certified Erosion Sediment and Stormwater Inspector. Additionally, Daniel has served two terms as a councilman in his hometown in New Jersey, working on public administration and legislative matters. In his free time, he enjoys nature and the outdoors with his wife, two daughters, and dog.
Rusty Fricke has over 25 years of experience in site work construction. In 2012, Rusty partnered with Dan and Paul to help develop a more diversified strategy, incorporating heavy civil and utility construction expertise and maintenance (link to corporate maintenance page) into the services which SCS offers to its clients.
Rusty brings an affiliated crew of site work professionals to assist the SCS Team with maintenance and repairs of existing stormwater management facilities including certified confined space entry, deep excavation, and large earthwork projects.
He is a graduate of Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Mr. Fricke also played 5 years of professional football in the Arena Football League.
Lisa Cratty has 25 years of experience in management. Previously, Lisa worked for an international law firm as the Department Head of both IT and Accounting. She managed the staff, spearheaded various committees and was responsible for strategic planning and the implementation of multiple projects.
In 2012, Lisa transitioned into the environmental world where she began the work of interpreting industrial stormwater permits and keeping clients in compliance with regulations in multiple states. In late 2015 she began working with Stormwater Compliance Solutions where she now manages the Stormwater Compliance Division, the Colorado office and team and over 1,400 facilities across the United States under industrial, construction and municipal stormwater permits. Lisa is an expert at project management and keeps our clients in regulatory compliance with their permits so they are free to focus on their business.
Christian Peters is responsible for performing comprehensive stormwater facilities inspections, GPS mapping, GIS map preparation, and facilitates routine maintenance activities. As a project manager he assumes the roles of client coordination, project completion, safety management, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, Christian is in charge of all field project activities, including large scale environmental clean up projects involving all aspects of stormwater within the mid-Atlantic region.
A graduate of Kean University, Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in both Sustainability Science and Earth Science. While at Kean, he performed research on the water quality of Watchung Reservation in Union County, New Jersey and of Wenzhou Kean University in Wenzhou, China. Christian has a passion for the environment and finding ways to reduce the impact caused by industrialization and everyday life.
James Dignan conducts comprehensive stormwater facilities inspections, collects GPS data of stormwater infrastructure, and coordinates with clients and subcontractors for routine maintenance activities and special repairs. James develops engineering solutions to complex stormwater problems, enhancing the company’s maintenance and problem solving capabilities. He also routinely inspects and improves the company’s safety gear and equipment. He is primarily responsible for scheduling, planning, and analyzing the inspection program and coming up with solutions for maintenance and construction improvements.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, School of Engineering. He is motivated by innovation and experimentation and is always exploring how mechanical solutions can bring more value to our clients.
As an Environmental Specialist, Cristina is tasked with performing stormwater facility inspections for commercial and industrial sites in the tri-state area. Cristina is responsible for collecting runoff samples for analysis at various industrial sites. She records and presents data on the overall condition of stormwater facilities and has an eye for identifying potential pollutant sources. Cristina also collects GPS data of stormwater facilities and assists the field crews on maintenance jobs including confined space entry. Cristina also supports SCS’s municipal clients with their permit compliance and inspection work.
Cristina holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Science & Management from The University of Rhode Island. Cristina also has experience previously in overseeing construction site operations, environmental health and safety protocols, and OSHA trainings. She has grown up here on the coast on New Jersey, which helped develop her passion for water and the environment.
Franky Jones is responsible for stormwater compliance support for close to 1,000 facilities across the United States including training, customer support, and project management.
Franky graduated with bachelors degrees in Environmental Studies and Psychology from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Franky has 4 years of combined work and educational experience in environmental education. He grew up in Boulder, Colorado which helped to develop his passion for the natural world and the environment.
Jack Kenyon is responsible for stormwater compliance support for close to 1,000 facilities across the United States including training, customer support, and project management.
Jack graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a major in Environmental Studies and minors in both atmospheric & oceanic studies and geography. He has lived in Colorado his entire life which has helped foster his love for the environment and sustainability.
Jeremy Musher is responsible for stormwater compliance support for close to 1,000 facilities across the United States including training, customer support, and project management.
Jeremy graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies which focused on environmental policy, governance, and water resource management. Jeremy also gained a certification in full-stack software engineering, which fostered his passion for bridging the gap between people and the data that affects their lives. As a Bay Stater turned Colorado transplant, he has developed a deep interest in the climatic and geographic variances that impact the communities and ecology around the globe.
As an Environmental Specialist, Luke plays a vital role in managing stormwater facility inspections for commercial and industrial sites across the tri-state area. Luke meticulously documents the condition of stormwater facilities and excels at identifying potential pollutant sources, helping prevent environmental hazards.
In addition to inspections, Luke utilizes GPS technology to map stormwater infrastructure and works closely with field crews, lending support on maintenance projects, including confined space entry operations. His primary focus lies in managing the stormwater portfolio for western New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where he ensures that clients meet environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Wells College. His background includes experience in environmental air quality monitoring, environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols, and overseeing onsite industrial operations. A lifelong resident of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley, Luke has a deep-rooted passion for the outdoors and is dedicated to preserving the natural landscapes that have shaped his life and career.
